The lady that answered the phone was super nice and the delivery was quick ...but....I called and requested a cut flower sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a friend . I requested that it be Christmasy but not necessarily a poinsettia. What was delivered looked like a springtime arrangement with an pastel colored bow. It resembled the bouquets I could have bought in my local supermarket and put in a vase. I expected something much nicer based on all the good reviews so hopefully this is not the norm for them ud83dude41

I ordered my flowers over the telephone, and they fixed a beautiful arrangement that was definitely more than what I expected! The lady I spoke with over the phone was very kind and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered a brightly colored arrangement from out of town for family living in Hartselle. When I saw pictures from my family I was overwhelmed at how beautiful the flowers were! My family who received them absolutely loved them! I would not hesitate to purchase from Smith Florist again.

Incredibly fast service and a beautiful fall bouquet. From order time to delivery was 1 hr!!! Price was right! Will use much more frequently now that I know they are awesome!

Dropped in to get a few flowers my son wanted for his great grandmother funeral. Ladies were so sweet . Really helped him.
