He responds swiftly, explains clearly what problem you are dealing with, describes carefully what he is going to do to address it, and provides detailed info about what that will cost.nYou can't help but learn from Paul about our complex and often troubled relation to wildlife--and about how the condition of houses, other buildings, and the grounds around them, can invite, or prevent, unwelcome incursions from critters. He also is kind and generous, and enjoys a good laugh over the seemingly eternal struggles between human and non-human animals.
Paul did a great job. Super prompt, courteous, and caught all 5 of our groundhogs in 24 hours.

After calling the rest, we called the best. Paul addressed a bat infestation in my home in a timely and thorough manner. His work was done well and done right with a full understanding of proper methodologies for removing bats in a safe manner. I recommend Animal Control of New England 100% and tell anyone with any pest issues that their services are the gold standard.
We had a mysterious sporadic noise in our living room wall. When it became impossible to ignore, we called Paul. He came to the house, did an inspection, and by process of elimination discovered what the noise was: a family of red squirrels. Paul asked us the right questions and then followed a series of steps, based on his extensive experience, that enabled him to remove the 4 squirrels from our home quickly and efficiently. He also added protection to the house to prevent future invasions. If you suspect an animal problem, better call Paul!
