They get you in fairly quickly and the automated car wash does a good job.never had any damage or issues with my truck. The vacuums are powerful and they have alot of them. Only drawback is that they don't sell or make available interior cleaning and smell good products. All in all a good experience
Fist time using this particular car wash.nMy highlander toppled over until the wheels fell into the correct position. The kid failed to direct the wheels and did not care.nMy whole car rocked with the right front wheel toppling head first until the back tire fell into place. Will not use again!!! When I rolled the window down confronting him he remarked it was the shifting of gears which was inaccurate.

I miss the previous owner, prior to Mister Carwash! No customer service anymore. The vacuum heads are nearly always full of trash and won't vacuum. I went to 4 different stations before I found a vaccum not so full of trash that it would vacuum. They never touch the back window of SUV with brush. 2 people were greeting and ensuring they received their money. Maybe 1 of those could be clearing the vacuum heads.
Awesome I locked my keys in the car and the manager text my hubby to bring me the spares
