Really bad experience. Very nice on the speaker paid for it and the lady at the window asked me to pull forward. Waited there for a bit which I wasn’t in a hurry so it wasn’t a problem. When she came out to give me my food she pretty much shoved the bag at me which wasn’t called for at all. Very rude and uncalled for. Got home and opened the box there was grease dripping out of it, like so bad the box actually ripped from the saturation of the box and the grease was on the table where I left the box.I would’ve had to go get a bypass if I had consumed it so I just threw it away. Super disappointed. If the food was decent I would've left it alone everyone has bad days but this experience was just poor all the way around!

After a second attempt out of good faith, I am again unsatisfied. There is one lady who is very rude and yells out the window what they don’t have. Both orders were wrong and the food was thrown in the plate. Bri tried her hardest to get it right for us. Thankful for her. It’s the lady working with her that’s rude!

We visited the other night to grab a bite. There were no other customers there. We waited at the drive thru for a long time, and no one ever asked for our order, so we pulled to the actual window to order. We waited for a long time there too. The cashier finally saw us, grabbed her headset off the counter and came to the window just to tell us she couldn't take our order at the window, we have to order at the speaker. She was very rude! We left.

Had the absolute best fast food experience i have had in years at this location today. Lady was super nice, food was hot and fresh. 10/10

The Monster Burger is Off-the-Chain Excellent!!!!nIt's as good as Any Burger, at any restaurant, at Any Price!nHighly Recommend!nBring your appetite!
