This was our first time here and won't be our last. There was a bit of a learning curve because we weren't sure where to go or how it worked, but everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable and the food was absolutely amazing.

Zack’s is my absolute favorite restaurant in the world. Their fried chicken is heavenly...reminds me of my grandmother’s chicken. Even the setting!nnBut sadly, in the midst of a COVID-19 spike, I didn’t see enough masks worn or worn properly. Line workers wore them, but servers had them tucked under their chin or didn’t have one at all. Social distancing of tables also was not installed.
