Waste of time and 0 professionalism or concern. Went for flu shot to be told they were out of syringes and please come back. Came back a few days later and they were out of the flu vaccine. Husband also tried to get a refill of his medicine and was told they are out of it, 3 days later they are still out and don’t know when they will have it.nMost unprofessional pharmacy we have ever dealt with. 3rd world countries do better than this!

After finding out cvs was no longer in network, I went to publix at noon to have an antibiotic for bacterial pneumonia transfered so I could pick it up. The lady at publix said that it normally takes a few days to get a prescription transfered but that she knew I needed this medicine and could have it ready for me between 5 and 6 pm tonight. When I called at 530 the young lady told me that they had called cvs several times but were put in hold and after 2 minutes had to hang up. I asked her if she was honestly telling me she didnt have 2 minutes to wait so I could get my medicine. She said yes.... I am flabbergasted that she would even think it was ok to say that to me. Then she tells me that they dont even have my medicine in stock... they ran out 2 minutes after open. I immediately called cvs and got them in less than 30 seconds. They told me publix had called several imes about other patients and never said my name... needless to say, I will not be taking my business to publix and I got my medicine filled at cvs with the ladies who have always been so wonderful

The staff went above and beyond for us. We showed up 2 minutes before they closed, fresh out of emergency surgery needed the pain meds to get through the night. They gave no complaints or hesitation about taking care of the prescriptions even though the doors where closed and they were almost out of the door. We are very blessed and impressed with their level of compassion and care. Thank you!
