Extremely happy to find out the old doctor I think his name is Jonathan Mathews is no longer there I promise myself I never go back to that office as long as he works there so unprofessional there was just no kind of delight about him not even sure if he has teeth because I never heard him talk more or less speak he didn't even tell me his name nor made eye contact i returned back to the office due to the knowledge he's no longer in the office I wasn't impress with the receptionist as I walked in I stood in front of two of them for two whole minutes and they never acknowledge me, neither looked up the slightest to say I would be with you in just a minute they just finished talking or doing whatever they thought was more important and at their convenience they asked can I help you I was so confused but they wasn't the reason why I came back but totally their customer service needs to be worked on I mean it doesn't take much for a simple action. The rest of the staff was awesome! I met the new doctor and he had such a Grace about him I can tell he was smiling underneath his mask soft-spoken and so pleasant took all fears away of my next procedure wiped way all of my concerns upon entrance!

I highly recommend Aspen Dental! All of the staff I came in contact with were so patient and supportive, especially the person that stayed on the phone with me when I was having difficulty finding Aspen Dental. This was my first visit and she guided me right up to the front door!! All of you are AWESOME!!!

My wife and I have always received great service and from very courteous folks! HOWEVER, the huge number of automated phone calls that originate from their robot has us ready to seek other dentists. They call, they call, they remind us, they remind us ad nauseum! We can't get it stopped. One call a couple of days before our appointments would be sufficient. They even call the day after our appointments to remind us of the next one in 6 months! We have our own calendar reminder system and don't need this. When we complain locally, we only get an apology!nCan't block them because the local number shows that and we don't mind one call to remind us the day or two before the appoinment . But, Folks --this is absolutely rediculous.......If we can't resolve this we'll look elsewhere.

Extremely low budget office. Cheap furniture, budget flooring, budget equipment. Definitely not what you’d expect of a professional office of any kind. Certainly not an environment I want to have dental work done. One visit was more than enough.

Aspen Dental has the best and sweetest staff! I recommend them to all my friends, family, and coworkers. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure patients' needs are met and to provide the friendliest service. I won't go to anyone else for my dental needs as long as I'm here in Dothan. ^_^ Thanks Aspen Dental staff for all you do and for providing a welcoming, comfortable experience each time.
