I have been going to Dr. Carroll for years. I have had many procedures done. Dr. Carroll is very caring & compassionate. He has always treated me with respect & professionalism. I get anxiety with dental procedures, he just talks to me normally & helps me calm myself.nHis staff is wonderful & extremely caring, from my experience, they will go above & beyond to help you any way they can.nI have had dental emergencies & they work me in as soon as I call. This is not a one time thing, either. In my opinion, you will not find a better Endodontist.
Not a good experience, very rude and uncaring attitude. I am not at ease with dental procedures and neither the Dr. or staff was very reassuring. I left with a follow up appt. in hand and thank goodness I called before I left work because I'm no where on the books? I was taking off work to do this! Very unprofessional. Also, multiple times calling I had to leave a message and no return call. I do not recommend. Highly dissatisfied.
Dr Lee V. Carroll seems like such a down to earth Guy and does great work. I have never had a root canal done where I didn't feel actual pain. Not with Dr Carroll, there was the normal discomfort from numbing shots(even that was done gently). After that there wasn't any actual pain and he let me know each time pressure was needed. Staff was also very polite and kind. (This it not a fake review, I am from out of state and I don't normally write reviews, however I have dental anxiety and I hate being in pain during procedures or Dentist with no empathy--- so I wanted to share my good experience here)
The upmost professionalism, kind caring and amazing treatment. I would refer the President to Dr. Carroll. He is absolutely ud83dudcaf % amazing at his job,and his bedside manner is above the rest..
Dr. Carroll is as good an Endodontist as one can find. Very professional and caring to all. Dr. Carroll has performed a couple of root canals on me and was smooth as silk.
