Review for touch less side only. I used this car wash all the time in the past since it is the only touch less one in the area and, yes, back then it was a very good car wash. However, it has gone downhill. The selection/pay box refuses to accept paper money nowadays (owner refuses to fix) and it does not clean as well as times before. The last time I tried using it I called for the attendant (who was standing ten feet from me) to help me. Either he couldn’t hear me over his headphones, was ignoring me, or just doesn’t have the modicum of intelligence to understand that someone was calling for his help.
It was ok. We had to go back thru the wash...said it was my fault, that I didn't have the car in neutral. Whatever. The car was clean when we finally got done.
