The ladies accepting money for traffic court are awful. They are so rude and argue over things. You do not get notified of court dates and try to embarrass people just because they made a mistake. I'm not sure how certain people get jobs that lack how to provide good customer service. They need to clean house around there.
Everything there is old, some of the employees clearly don't care if you are helped out or not as long as they get a paycheck. I went there to transfer my tag and they told me that they can't do it because their systems already shut down for the day and its like that every week. So if the system is shut down like that on a regular basis, maybe include that on a website so people don't have to waste a drive of 40 minutes from home during posted business hours for nothing! Not that the crummy website has been updated recently anyways...
