We have used Edwards since we bought our house for everything from routine maintenance to replacing one of the entire units, inside and out. They have always been exceptional in their attention to detail and honesty.
They came to do the annual AC service. They were on time and very professional. I felt free to ask questions with regard to the AC.
Edwards performed fall maintenance service on our heating units. They came at the scheduled time and were courteous and professional. Service was completed quickly and they explained everything that was checked. We have been using Edwards Plumbing and Heating for 15 years and have always been satisfied.
I use their air conditioning service for business where we have 22 separate units as well as at home. They've always given us prompt service. Their technicians have always been pleasant and the pricing has always been fair. Only used the plumbing side a couple of times and had the same good experience. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Allen from Edwards Plumbing did an excellent job coming out to quickly repair a plumbing issue on the Saturday after Thanksgiving while I was visiting my mom and family for Thanksgiving in Montgomery AL. Fast Five Star World class service and support at a very reasonable price on a holiday weekend. Friendly professional and expert repair.
