I had a new AC/Heating unit installed in March 2021. The service manager, Scott Crawley, was very polite, helpful , and very professional. He answered all my questions about the new unit and took his time explaining everything. The two guys that did the installation, Blake and Noah, were also very polite and very professional. They clean up everything after they were finished. They took the time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Clark Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing to anyone. Teresa Young
Professional employees. Untrustworthy management/owners hijacking Christian values of which they have little to none!!! They charged me over $700 for parts that I later confirmed at retail for less than $50 total. The parts worked one day. I also paid for a yearly service agreement. They couldn't service the system due to AC compressor failure and quoted me $2200+ for a compressor when a total new system from competitor cost me ~$5000 installed. The owner would NOT refund but half the service agreement even though unserviceable. They also did not offer to take parts back for a refund. I felt ripped off, stolen from, and robbed. I considered suing. I suggest looking elsewhere for your HVAC needs and telling everyone I know to steer clear of Clark. The cost of NOT being honest is hefty. Anyone wishing to contact me for more details is welcome to. Don't trust positive reviews like I did. They might be solicited. Many appear similar. Check with the BBB and other negative reviews as well before using this company. I have since heard they offer discounts for good reviews. Does that sound honest? It doesn't to me.
Tim and Marcus repaired a water leak we had underground in the front yard. They were extremely kind and courteous but wanna know what I liked best: THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING! Praise God. They fixed the leak. It was hard work but they did a great job. I will remember their names...
I can’t express enough the satisfaction of Marcus’ work every time he comes to my home for a repair. He’s been to my home for two repairs and each time he was incredibly helpful, patience and always followed up with me for anything that was a remaining concern of mine. His service is unmatched!
Highway robbery all the way around! The first time I used this company I was charged $200 to have a shower head replaced. They lied to my face and told me the shower head cost $100 dollars when in all actuality it was $45.nnThe second time I called the emergency plumber because the main sewage line was backed up. We were informed it was going to be $380 off the top. Absolutely ridiculous! Thank goodness my father was here. We fixed it ourselves.
