They did not explain that this was a recurring payment every month. I understood it was a one month deal, but they took the payment out again this month. Did not receive any paperwork to explain this would be a recurring payment, if they had told me it was I would not have signed up. I seldom drive my vehicle, so it doesn't need washing often. Never use this car wash again. I called and never heard back from them. Will call bank and stop any more payments. I think this is a scam.
Enjoying the $35/ month Unlimited Wash Club. Saving a lot more dollars with this plan. Beats paying $21 every time for a wash. The car wash is amazing and I love how it is set up so you can clean and vacuum your vehicles out. I love it.

It was great. The staff were friendly and worked hard. The inside wasn't as clean as I like but they had a lot of customers.
A few months back I was sold the unlimited car wash special because I was told it could clean the clay out of my wheels and underneath my truck. I pay $35.00 a month revolving payment.nnThe day I signed up they we're on point. Prewashed the bumper, windshield, mirrors, tires, wheels and the back bumper. They even took the antenna off. The Car wash itself washed did a great job and did wash the mud off underneath and the wheels.nnSince then it slowly started declining. Poor prewash jobs either half hearted doing it or skipping it parts all together. Couple weeks ago the wash broke my antennae. It doesn't clean the underneath or wheels good at all. I'm disappointed. Then we went by and it was closed all day for some reason.nnHope y'all can get these problems remedied.
