The experience we just had was absolutely ridiculous. 25 minutes after our order was “out for delivery”, we called to make sure they weren’t lost because we only live 1.3 miles away. They said they got held up and it was actually still in the oven. Understandable, things happen! However, 20 additional minutes later, we finally receive our food and it’s COLD! we had to re-heat everything and they didn’t send the extra sauce we paid for.nnThe estimated time was about 30 mins but it took an hour to get here from the time we ordered. We probably wouldn’t have minded so much if our food wasn’t cold.

We love the food. Its always good! But we have been going to this location for 3 years and pretty much order the same thing every time. They have never once given me my extra sauce i paid for through online order. Please take the time to actually read the whole order. Im very tired of not having the dipping sauces i paid for.
