I was told by Drainblaster that I had a slab leak! I was so stressed because that would’ve cost me so much money. They never return calls. I was referred to Plumb-Tech by another plumber and when I tell you John came in saved the day! It wasn’t even a slab leak. It was a pipe leak in the wall. All I had to do was explain to him what was going on and he immediately knew what it was and went right to work. He was so nice and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to fix either! If you have any plumbing issues, give them a call!

3rd or 4th time I've used Plumb Tech. Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Will use again if needed. Recommend highly!

Did work efficiently and well. Very fair rates. Gentleman that came was polite. Cleaned up after work done. Will use again. Strongly suggest to use them.

Matt and partner came out to find, dig, and repair a main line feed to my house. They did it in wet red clay on a cold, miserable day. I appreciate Plumb-Tech for getting a crew out next day from my call, and I appreciate what the crew did. Thanks a lot guys.

I had a horrible experience with the plumbing company through my home warranty, so I decided to choose my own plumbing company to fix my plumbing problems. Couldn’t say more good things about Plumb-Tech. They listened to my issues over the phone and educated me, then got someone out that day (and gave me a two-hour window as opposed to the other company that gave me a five-hour window and the missed them both times they came out). John was the plumber assigned to my house and the lady in the office called to let me know he was running about 15 minutes behind but again was very courteous and told me what was going on and that I was next. John came and listened to my problems again and said my problems could be because of several reasons. Instead of just saying there was nothing he could do and taking my money, he began the process of elimination and quickly found the problem. He educated me again and made sure the house was put back in the order it was before he arrived. I will defiantly use Plumb-Tech again. And the great thing was that I paid them what I paid my warranty plumbing company and got a lot more out of them. The money I spent with Plumb-Tech was worth every dollar.
