The Neighborhood Plumber is a very reliable and professional business. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly for the next day. Preston was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived with a mask and gloves on which I appreciate during Covid-19. I highly recommend this company.

Had to have The Neighborhood Plumber out for a second visit to install a new garbage disposal. Chad, our technician, was extremely professional and super-efficient! Fair prices and high quality work! Great company to work with! Ben, the owner, is always super helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

There are few feelings worse than having a water leak and not knowing who to call. That is no problem any longer for us. We asked, in a local area group on FB, what local plumbers people could recommend. After a couple of people mentioned The Neighborhood Plumber Matt reached out, said they could get to us that afternoon. I called to give them our info and set the appointment.nnMatt and his assistant (Austin?) came out after lunch. We had a copper water line that had corroded and started a leak between two floors. We had located the leak. Matt verified there was no sign of other weak spots in the immediate area, cut out the copper line and replaced it with pex. It wasn't a huge repair and didn't take too long, but we were happy with the work, their responsiveness and professionalism. They cleaned up after themselves and the floor below. Their fee was more than reasonable, in my mind.nnI would not hesitate to use them again nor to recommend them to anyone. Our experience was excellent.

I haved used them several times and have found them to be honest, dependable with great customer service skills. My mom used them recently and my husbands company used them and were very satisfied. They are my go to plumber.
