I ordered one of my books from here using a gift card and a debit card, and it was an absolute mess. I placed this order on 8/22/2018.nnThe staff had placed a call to me that went to my voicemail saying that they needed my code from the back of my card. I did not see that message until yesterday. I called in yesterday during business hours, and no one answered. I call in today only learn that my order had been cancelled without my permission and/or knowledge.nnThere was no follow up call after that initial call, no call to let me know my order had been cancelled. Now I have to reorder my book and pay for express shipping so that I can do my work.nnIf you can buy your books somewhere else, do it.

Enjoyed my time there and received my undergrad, went on to receive my graduate degree. Teachers I had for my program were really great and was not as expensive to attend as YSU
