Lot rent it too expensive. Caretaker of property doesn't take care of the property but needs rent on time. Place would be much better if Caretaker actually put lot rent money back into the park, instead of his pocket.

Very unprofessional, Had a camper there since 2013 and rented a boat dock since 2014 every season until this year 2021. July 4 2020 problem with a Cabin Cruiser being Double docked on a boat behind mine, caused damage to my boat . When I called them about the problem I was screamed at on the phone...... I was denied a dock space this year because of that issue. We removed our camper and won't be back until there is New Management

The owners are honest. $650 a month with the electric included is the right price for me. It's QUITE and peaceful.

Very nice place. Well maintained and clean. Was there for ramp access to launch a boat. Ramp was in great shape nice curtsey docks and there was no debris anywhere in site. Will launch from there from now on.
