Dr. Carr’s office was a warm and inviting experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Amanda and Whitney at the check-in desk. We all have masks on these days, yet, somehow the smiles shined through them! Katee promptly took the appropriate diagnostics and thoroughly asked about my health history. Katee was friendly and gracious. Dr. Carr is an educator at heart, he explained how my eyes were healthy, yet were showing some signs of maturity and gave me options as the possible steps for his final diagnosis. Dr. Carr made me feel like I was long time patient. Next, Amy was my personal stylist in helping me pick out some reading frames for my prescription. Amy was patient, personable, and encouraged me to take my time in selecting the best fit. This office was clean, the lighting was soft, and the staff was professional, efficient, and it was obvious they all enjoyed working together! I look forward to my next visit. ud83eudd13

I have been seeing Dr. Carr for over 15 years and during that time, I have received kind, thorough, professional care from Dr. Carr and his staff. Today’s visit was the same as my previous visits. Due to COVID precautions, staff and patients alike wore masks. I was greeted by all staff I came into contact with and caught up on changes in staff (retirement, maternity) since my last visit in 2019.nnI have always felt the friendliness and courtesy of Dr. Carr and the women working there (esp. Katie) are one of the reasons I drive 30 minutes to see Dr. Carr.nnDuring my exam, Dr. Carr always takes time to review my overall health history and explain my eye health as it relates to my Diabetes type 2. He always communicates my visits to my primary care physician which is very helpful.nAs I was looking at frames for my new glasses, I learned about low cost package deals for more affordable frames.nOverall, I would recommend anyone looking for an eye doctor to schedule an appointment with Dr. Carr. I always think that when you find something or someone good to help you stay healthy then you should share that information with others. Everyone is very pleasant and attentive. Got an appointment quickly and even had help picking out frames. Been seeing this doctor for several years and the entire staff is friendly and professional. Always a pleasant experience.

Dr. Carr and his staff were extremely kind, patient, and helpful. They assisted with all needs and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Carr and his staff went above all expectations to make sure our daughter with special needs was comfortable and that she understood what they were asking. Thank you to such wonderful people! I would highly recommend this practice!
