Went there for Marshall University's 2019 winter graduation. While the ceremony was wonderful, the facility needs a good cleaning. The floors were beyond sticky and the men's bathroom was in need of a scrub down.
Security was exceptional in keeping crowd out of aisles and blocking view from my sitting area where I had PAID BIG MONEY TO SIT... made people leave front stage area where they had decided to go STAND AND WATCH SHOW blocking out view ... thank you SECURITY.. ENJOYED CHRIS YOUNG MUCH BETTER AS I COULD SEE HIM UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL!!!!
Was here for state wrestling tournament. The facility needs some major updating. The bathrooms need alot of attention. Freezing water in one bathroom. Scorching hot water in another bathroom. Half of the sinks and soap dispensers don't work....
My husband and I went to see Slayer, Lamb of God, Amon Amarth, and Cannibal Corpse. The show was awesome, and the staff and fellow attendees were incredibly freaking friendly, awesome, and helpful. We will be returning for more shows!
Hall and Oates concert GREAT. We need more shows in our town! Security check fast and efficient. A small mailbox size rentable locker would be good for all those who forget they have their grandfather's pocket knife in their pocket. There were two guys in front of me who threw a knife in the trash! I'm sure they have a purse size limit as well for the ladies that they might not be allowed in with. Just a thought. An additional option for your guests. Snacks good drink options good. Will always support local events! Keep it up.
