I’ve been a member with my Texas location for years. Currently in WV for a couple months, I’ve had nothing but problems at every service i have schedule. The check in staff doesn’t know any customer service skills. The worst ever. Would not recommend

I’ve been a member for years and this is by far the worst location I have ever visited.There was a miscommunication with a cancellation. I cancelled 2 days before but the staff must have not cancelled it and I was charged with the last card that I tipped with at a prior appointment...This card WAS NOT my card on file for my membership. They saved it at some point and charged it without my permission. Be careful of their sketchy practices. The manager is unprofessional and unwilling to make it right knowing I had been a member for years and could see I have never missed an appointment. I never leave bad reviews but this location is pitiful. I will be calling corporate as well.

The location is easy to find and it is in good shape and well maintained. The front desk staff are ok. They don't seem to care if you're there or not and don't seem interested in what you truly have to say. The masseuse I saw was very courteous and professional. She truly knew what she was doing and resolved the issue I had with the knot in my back. Her name was Elizabeth and I highly recommend her for deep muscle massage.

Since freezing mine and my husband's account we've had nothing but problems. His account wasn't put on freeze and was charged 2 months for services. It took over a month to receive a refund and when we finally did it went back to a credit card and not our bank account. Both managers we've dealt with have been horrible and one hung up on me. Our massage therapist has been amazing and does a great job with our daughter.
