This is a scam! Go elsewhere! Stopped in today to get my car washed. Paid $15 for the expensive wash and the auto wash “broke down” after it hit my car all soapy. Called the number for help and nothing. Then I had to use the self wash to get the soap off my car. Didn’t have any quarters so used my card on the machine for a quick rinse. What a mistake! Hit the stop multiple times after the quick rinse and it kept running and charging my card. Ran2 mi items longer than I needed before it would stop.nnDef calling my credit card company to dispute.

Couple of cars in front of me when I arrived. The car already in the car wash was in place but the car wash wouldn’t start. I saw the car on the other side was getting taken care of so I moved. Pulled up to select and pay. Tried to use a credit card but would not take it. Tried numerous times but no go. Tried Another card but still said it could not read my card. Used cash ($20.00 bill). Anybody need quarters? That’s why I tried my card.nPulled in and car wash started. Soap did not start until dispenser was more than half way back to car. Stopped dispensing soap at rear of car. High pressure wash made one trip then came the spot free rinse. No air dry (my fault for not reading). Pulled out and got out to check my car. My car was cleaner after the rain earlier in the week. Did not even wash the bird poop off the windshield. Drove out to the car wash beside Columbia gas and did it myself. Not bad, paid $15.00 to get a clean car ($8.00 at Eldridge and $7.00 at the coin wash. I have gotten my vehicles washed many times at car washes just like this one but by far have never been this disappointed.

Trash needs emptied more often and maintenance on vacuums... they seem to be clogged often. I'm still giving 4 stars because it's a good carwash... and the vacuum situation isnt the businesses fault... but still needs maintenance.

Got my car spotless in the car wash for $6! & the vacuums are amazing! Best suction I've had from a carwash vacuum!

This car wash is terrible. I've tried it 3 times since opening, giving it a fair chance. It has never, ever gotten my vehicle clean. No matter what bay I use. The car wash down the street works like a charm. This one, not so much. The only positive I can give this place is that the vacuums are some of the best I've encountered, I was even able to get German Shepherd hair out of the carpet in my truck. Hence, the reason I gave two starts and not just one. There definitely needs to be some discussion between the car wash equipment installer and the owner of this property as to the quality of the car wash that is being offered.
