Easy access and available parking. Sky walk leads from lot to hotel and Tower Square shopping. Price was higher than I anticipated (3.00 per half hour) but it was convenient ... had my young children with me. You receive a coin when you pull in and then you put the coin into a stand alone machine before you leave, which then gives you a different coin. Then you get into your vehicle and put your 'paid' coin into the final box which activates the rising 'arm'. Don't lose the coins!! They will charge you 30.00 for them. There was an attendant there to assist if you needed help.

Attended the US Army Field Band & Soldiers'' Chorus 3pm concert on Sunday, March 24, 2019. Fabulous concert, BUT HORRIBLE PARKING EXPERIENCE. I am appalled that the city of Springfield charged patrons/US Veterans to park ,& then deal with the utter chaos in exiting, because of faulty auto pay systems & no attendants available to help out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Often has free parking for Symphony Hall Events. The down side is if you come out late and there are no attendants there, you have to know to press the help button at the gate to be let out. Strange lack of I structions.
