Every employee at this store has always been very informative and knowledgeable about what is best for my animals. They are all very kind and go out of their way for us each and every time. Everyone at this store has been absolutely wonderful and they are why I continue to go to this store. It's a bit more to expensive to shop here but the better variety here and great service make it worth it.

Ashley at the store talked me through my purchase when I was making sure in store pick up would be available on item. She even pulled the item so I was sure it wouldn't sale before my son could pick up. Large dog crates during 5 day sub temperatures was so important. When some places were closed due to weather water she helped me purchase since I couldn't drive to store. I am very Thankful for employees like Ashley.

They had exactly the animal we wanted to adopt. The animal we chose, and all the animals in the store, seemed well taken care of. Customer service was great. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

WOW! Nichol, the Grooming Manager at this PetCo location deserves a raise for her above and beyond level of customer service. Yesterday my husband and I found a stray puppy hanging around our front door. After alerting the local animal shelter and checking for a microchip (none found) our first stop was PetCo. As neither of us have ever personally owned a dog, we had NO CLUE where to start and seriously felt like deer in the headlights. Nichol was the first person we saw in the store and she immediately calmed us. She was extremely loving toward our new (also shocked) pup and literally gave us a checklist of items we needed and then personally walked us through the store while we bought the essentials. She highlighted brands she trusts and uses with her own dogs and just went way, way above and beyond to help us. We were desperate to get this pup cleaned up and Nichol walked us through the process and even scheduled a nail trim for us the next morning as it was already evening time.nnWe are so, so grateful to Nichol for her help and patience in a serious time of shock for our little family. PetCo, if there is anything you can do to maintain Nichol as a model employee, please consider it! She is a gem.

Petrol is a great pet supply shop. You can even take you dogs in the store if they are trained, behaves and has their shots. The have fish, turtles, birds, mices, rats,and other pets. They have different brands of foods, supplies for many different kinds of animals. Give them a try. They also have a point system that helps take some money off of things you normally buy. It help in a pinch sometimes or helps just to take a few dollars off. Thank you Petco. You are great place. The staff is friendly.
