Doctor Katiny is an Awesome doctor and takes excellent care of my husband for 30+ years but the lady that sits at the desk needs to take a course on how to treat people with a little respect and try and help when her help is needed instead of causing someone get so so upset to almost to having a panic attack for being treated the way that he
