I ordered an easel funeral spray and Southwest Florist did an AMAZING job, following every detail that I requested in the arrangement. Absolutely beautiful!!

I was encouraged to go to this florist when I read so many great reviews, however, I arrived after work about 30 minutes before closing. The sales clerk was finishing up an order and I asked if I could make a small arrangement even though she was going to close . I only needed 5 flowers with a bow and a vase. All right in front of the register area! She said no. And I asked the customer she just helped how long did it take her to make her large arrangement and the lady said 15 minutes. I was distraught on how the terrible customer service was. I will never go here again and make sure not to recommend it to anyone else.

Hands down the best floral shop in San Angelo! No need to look any further! Southwest floral can fulfill your every need! They are locally owned business. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable, professional and kind! I use Southwest floral on every occasion and the flowers are perfect every time!!

I used to love this place and the flowers my husband always sent me from here but we will never again give them our business. A few days ago, my elderly grandmother (93) who lives out of state asked me to recommend a florist here so she could call and have a plant sent to my Dad for his birthday. I gave her Southwest Florist’s contact info and she attempted to call and order. She is hard of hearing but that usually isn’t an issue when you have patience. The woman she spoke with not only was very rude, impatient, and irritable, but also hung up on her not once but TWICE while my grandmother was attempting to place an order. It is absolutely mind boggling to me that whoever was working the phones that day would be hostile and flat out demeaning to a very elderly woman who simply wanted to send her son a birthday surprise. I will not, I repeat, will NOT ever recommend Southwest to anyone again and my husband will no longer use them for the flowers he likes to send me on special occasions. Shame on y’all.
