I was needing to send roses to 7 of my friends for Galantine's Day and this was the only place offering delivery for single stem roses. So I went in and the staff was most welcoming and helpful. I explained my preferences for each individual rose, as there were 7 of them. Their website only showed an option for a single wrapped rose but one of the girls offered me a vase option with a bow instead. And even due to severe weather we were having, they were able to deliver the roses on time. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and the communication I received from their staff. I highly recommend Stemmed Designs for any of your future floral needs.

I was worried something might get messed up because I had 2 bouquets going to 2 different people, but at the same address (since the system doesn't allow for 2 receipients). But they got everything correct; the substitution on one bouquet was perfect. Great customer service, even as I continued to bug them with text messages about the order.

The staff at the store was very helpful on the phone and setting up a order for a dear friends Birthday surprise! I picked a plant option with balloons and they were able to deliver it the same day, they also sent me photos of it before it got sent out very nice piece that got sent to him!

Thank you for being so thoughtful and for the very quick response to my need for a beautiful bouquet to a friend who went through a terrible loss. It made her smile and that was the point. Thank you very much. I will definitely use your expertise in the future

Personally I Do not reccomend . Johnson's funeral home told me to go there to pick out the flowers for my husbands funeral . Rudy wrote everything down that I asked for ,& the day of his viewing they weren't right . my mom sent them to be changed ,& they still WERE NOT RIGHT !!!!! Considering how much it costs you'd think they'd do it right the first time!! so Anyways I didn't send it back a second time I was more worried about being next to him for the last time ,& I shouldn't have had to worry that the arrangement wasn't right !!. so the funeral comes 2 days later,& we were expecting white roses With black ribbon for his Paul bearers ,& they were WRONG. I don't know what they were,but they were not roses like we requested,& no ribbon !!!! They ended up having to run to the place across from johnsons to get the white roses ,& black ribbon !! So disappointed that on the last time I get to tell my 24 yr old husband goodbye they couldn't get requests right that were put in ahead of time !!!!!!!!. I will never use them again !!!!!
