Thank you for such a beautiful bouquet that I had sent to My Sis-N-Law before her surgery. I originally wanted it delivered on a Tuesday and requested for Monday instead. I was told yes but later in the day. They arrived at noon, which was perfect. I wanted them there early so the flowers could brighten her day, AND it did. Ordered 12 red roses on the eve before special day. They waited until 10:30 am next day to call me back and tell that they don’t have red roses. Right in time so that I can’t cancel and order somewhere else. When talking on the phone one will get an impression that you are just one of the hundreds other customers and they don’t have much time to wait for you, perhaps caught off guard, make up your mind. They didn’t seem to really care whether you decide to replace the order or simply just cancel it. When delivered, roses were shorter then advertised and in a vase also looking different from what has been advertised (definitely not clear glass rose vase). It did not ruin the special day of course but small disappointment was of course there
