Excellent customer service, there were handing out free mask if you need one at the entrance, there was sanitizer at every checkout! Really clean and pleasant experience! Thank you!

Called prior to arriving at location to ask if they had eye drops in stock (many other locations had it back ordered) so before driving to Canyon I wanted to make sure they had it. I was told that they had it so I hurried there. Once I arrived I was told they didn't have it and that it was on back order. I was upset because I had just been told they did have it in stock. I told the girl helping me that I just called and was told otherwise. The pharmacist came over and was extremely rude to me. She told me that um NO It is on back order and she didn't care what I was told on the phone. Also my script said do not substitute for generic and they don't even carry the brand name prescription anyways. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown by the pharmacist and staff. I have used this location many times but will not return to nor will I recommend them to anyone. Luckily, I was able to fill my prescription at Medi-Drive Pharmacy with no problems. The pharmacist and staff at this location was very professional and helpful.

I prefer this pharmacy to the other United’s in Amarillo. Also quick with our refills, and everyone has always been kind. Great pharmacy to use

I have been with united pharmacy for over 20 years, and today that ended. First of all, I refilled my prescriptions on Friday and when I went to pick the up today (on a monday) I was notified that they didn't have my medication, and haven't for almost a month. I didn't receive a courtesy call to let me know that my much needed medication wasn't available. Then I had to call and switch all of my prescriptions to a new pharmacy, only to find out that United hadn't canceled them in or for me to get them filled elsewhere! It is already past business hours, so now I have to wait yet another day for medicine I need.
