Friendly staffer always has a smile. She recognises us, even though we only visit twice a year. Tourist pamphlets are neat and helpful. The restrooms are always clean and functional.

Made a rest stop. The lady was helpful but we have been across 10 states and this is the first place where the people at the desk were not wearing masks. Not a good representation of your town.

Super friendly, very clean, and very helpful

Stopped here to use the restroom and we greeted by a very nice lady. The restrooms were the cleanest we have seen for a rest stop. Also she was very informative and suggested things to do, eat and see. We told her we were going to Guadalupe Mountains National Park and Carlsbad Cavern National Park and she told us a story about when she took her son years ago. A pleasant stop and break after a long drive. Also if you stop after hours the restrooms are still open.
