Our buyers had their inspection done last week at our condo. Their realtor and the buyer were with the inspector the whole time while the 2 employees at Allied were doing their inspection alone. Later that night when my wife and I return home my wife realized that all of her prescription pills were stolen (almost 3 full bottles worth). The employee was a man named George and was working with a younger man. To anyone or realtor looking to get inspections I'd think twice about hiring these guys.
I have used their services for several years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are easy to work with and their treatments are effective. Additionally they are great at communicating what they found, what to look for in the future and what needs to be done.
I was able to get an appointment for a pest inspection on very short notice. George, the owner, was super accommodating as well as friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he found during the inspection and his proposal for treatment and repairs was very reasonable. Will definitely use him again as needed in the future!
Very good people and good prices. Love the fact that they do repairs to the structures affected. Definitely recommend them to anyone!
Called Allied 1st thing on a Tuesday and had to leave a message. Was having trouble with a yellow jacket nest and 20 bees a day getting into my house. 3 days later they still have not returned my message. Called American Pest Solutions (Springfield MA) and had an appointment and treatment the next day. Was trying to support a home-town business, but clearly they didn't even care enough to return a call.
