Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Came in for a door sweep for my shower door that they did *not* install and was more than willing to help me find a replacement. Should I ever need to have my current shower repaired or need a new one installed, I will definitely seek out Oasis and gladly give them my business!
When I visited the showroom, I was highly impressed with what I saw there. On Tuesday, they came to install my shower door and, the job that they did was nothing short of amazing. the difference between Oasis shower doors and, the ones they sell at Home Depot is like night and day. You get what you pay for and, I was willing to pay the price for a high-quality shower door. Everyone at Oasis did an amazing job. my hats off Rick Devine for measuring my enclosure and, Barb for scheduling my install and, lastly the two guys that came to my house to install the shower door. I was impressed with how they worked together and, got the job done.
Superb product, excellent craftsmanship and installation, well worth the investment in quality for the results achieved.

My husband and I decided to visit the showroom today after we left Bay State Plumbing. When we entered the store there was one white saleswoman with a white customer. She saw us come in, but did not acknowledge us. There were no other customers. My husband and I decided to look around, thinking that when she finished with her customer she would come and help us. We were sadly mistaken. A white couple came in and instead of coming to assist us she went right over to them. We are finishing up our bathroom remodel and wanted to purchase a shower door. I was very put off by this and we left the store. I got in the car, but my husband decided to go back inside and make them aware of what just happened. He spoke with a man that apologized for what happened and he offered to assist us, but for us the damage was done. This is not the first time we have had this type of expereience in a retail store. We realize that Oasis appears to be the only game in town; however, in a time where brick and mortar stores are losing customers to internet sales, one would think they would have a better attitude toward potential customers, regardless of race!
