Waltham Pest Services is a company that has experienced and knowledgeable employees. My work has been using this company for several years. I have recently used Waltham Pest Services for my own home as well. I would definitely recommend this company to businesses and home owners who are in need of pest control and/or prevention.
Mike from Waltham was great. Very knowledgeable and he took his time working eradicate the mice from my father's house. I highly recommend both Waltham and Mike

We did not have a good experience with this company. After signing our contract we waited several days For someone to contact us. When I finally called to check in and see when we could schedule a time for someone to come out, I was told that my information was never saved into the database. We decided to move forward with the contract and scheduled a time for someone to come out. We were given an appointment with a window of between 9 AM and 10 AM. By 10:15 no one had arrived. When I called to inquire I was told they would check in with the the employee, and call me back. When they called back I was told that the employee didn’t see the appointment and didn’t know they had to be here. I decided to cancel our contract. Our whole experience with this company was very unprofessional and I honestly don’t even feel like they were very apologetic about their mistakes. It was one thing after another. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
