New free amenities coming soon. Free laundry room. Free hot showers, with clean and soften water. Free wifi. Fishing pond. Grilling and fire pit area. Look out for updates.

Nice and quiet...can't think of a better place to stay..full hookups.would definitely recomend.!

A quite place right out side Lamesa, very friendly owner and place is set up for full hook ups and everything you need, a short drive to Lemesa to do laundry... busy laundrymat, but that's all there is for miles. We made ourselves comfortable, and get to help ourselves to his YUMMY water melons. Room for our dogs, that we keep tied or with us, and we pick up after them... it is a work in progress but such a nice place here tucked away in the pine trees! It's worth it! We follow the park rules and he is very reasonable! 100% respect! Hard worker he is. I can not believe how big his heart is❤❤ such a great place, especially around here. It's nice to have SHADE, AND SPACE, and the trees are nice!
