Manager needs to find another job. My list of problems since I moved in beginning of 202o.n- The manager is very difficult to work with, talk to, and I've had issues I addressed the manager that at time if walkthrough, I requested certain things to be fixed or cleaned up before and as I was moving in. Nothing was done and the manager refuses to show me the original walkthrough paper. There should not be any reason except she knows nothing was done.n- I am on a lease to own, I have the responsibility to take care of what is stated in the lease papers. I have some this, including repairing my own water heater since I dont have money for a plumber.n- Manager lies then gets all upset and goes into a frenzy and drives off yelling. She has done this to me in front of other residents and some guys from the city I brought out to get her attention that the outflow pipe that has been overflowing with sewage which the 2 previous renters had same issue. The sewage issue was not disclosed to me prior nor after lease papers were signed. It is an as-is lease to own.n- The breakerbox was put in upside down, only 2 breakers are used. 1 for the water heater. 2and is on one breaker and all the others are not in use, so trying to utilize certain electrical items, I've got to turn off and unplug a lot of things.n- One of my airducks I requested to be fixed while doing the walkthrough was not done and that year I cooled underneath the mobile home while we were miserably. I know now how to fix this, but since the sewage is leaking outside from the air duct I'm having to wait to fix that and I hope before it gets too hot.n-7 months into my contract I get a note on my door from manager that she was requiring me to get rid of my 8 year old German Shepherd.nI have many many more issues that I've been finding out about this particular home. Advertised as a remodeled home, it wasnt remodeled, from what I have been told a drunk man and his son were supposed to do the remodel but they apparently did everything wrong.nThe tub is going to fall through the floor one day. As I stated I have a lot of problems, the manager took advantage of my need to find a place since I had 3 days to move from my previous residence. The assistant at the time did the walkthrough with me and when I came to look at the home again, the, guess who..manager took me on the second one and never went over the list, never disclosed the sewer issues the has been an issue way before I moved it.nI have attached pictures of my home. Since moving in this place has slowly started falling apart. I could go on but this review would be pages long so I'm hoping my pics will give a better idea of the problems I have.nFwy...new ownership is Vineyard management llc out of Utah, when I had to make a formal complaint on the manager and I wanted it to be on the phone with a real person, they dont make it easy to find a phone number, but I found it and spoke to the secretary but I never received a call back.nOne last thing, refrigerator stopped working 2 weeks after move in, the oven and stove about 6 months later and they gave me one that shows no #'s fir the heat, pic below.

No complaints hardly hear from the office which is honestly a good thing. You just pay rent and take care of your business and so do they.

Management won't return phone calls took me 3days, to get a hold of someone. Their info is misleading rv rental spots their website says 425 a month, the lady in the office Laura that i talked to told me its 480, and they will pay water and electric up to 100, if u go over the remaining balance is on you, just a little detail their not listing. And just so ppl know the free mobile homes they are giving away, they say in their website info, they need renovated that's true, oh but again shame on you guys misleading . Laura in the office said the rules are ( you have too renovate the trailer before you can move in ) pretty sad when someone out of state uncovers your cloudy b.s. , you guys are pulling on ppl. (BEWARE BEWARE !!!! )

I'm not even sure where to start. If you enjoy being lied to about what you sign, saying they'll make it right, and never following through, then you'll enjoy it here. Also hope you enjoy the water being off constatly without notification for several hours ( longest was 17 hours ). I had to hire an attorney because they will literally not follow the contract you sign with them. They lost someone who was never, ever late, kept to themself, and respected thier neighbors.
