This office is always so kind and helpful. They answer any questions I have about packages in a timely manner. I've not had customer service this good anywhere else. When I file a claim they stay right with it and keep me informed. Thank you for the great job!
The lady who checked me out was asian and looked to be in her 40s or older. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. However, I had THE WORST experience. She gave me wrong directions on how to mail a package, and LITERALLY yelled at me. Screaming at me about what was in the package. I told her clothes and she still kept an attitude. Worst customer service I've experienced in my life .
Was at my house with no knock or doorbell was used but a note was left in the mailbox that I was not available so my package was not delivered. Rescheduled delivery for last Tuesday and my package has still not been delivered. Very unreliable
Waited more than 30 minutes to buy stamps
Horrible people. Lies and misinformation about package even when shown tracking number. I swear i was intentionally being trolled by a guy that knew there was no chance in hell he was ever going to lose his job. Said package would not be here today. No chance, despite the tracking info i provided. So i did not stay home. Came home with the pink note on the door saying sorry they missed me. Guy also had said they are there all day on Saturdays so pick up would be no problem. A quick Google shows hours are 0900 to 1 pm. As$holes.
