You will find the friendliest, most informative staff at Floresville Pharmacy. They answered every question I had. They were extremely busy but acted as if I was the only person there. Customer service really sucks. They are slow responding to the customers waiting in line, refills had to be resubmitted due to their disorganization, and told me to call a regional HEB pharmacy because it was a compound med that the other place had to formulate. Isn't that your job??? That's why I don't send my prescription here anymore.

Drive thru needs to work on verbalizing actual communication to their customers, when customers can see you're doing something but you don't say anything to them and then you're handling your personal cell phone, I need my scripts but I also need to hear what is actually going on when you keep walking away from the window. Oh my goodness, you're working with sick people, where is the courtesy & friendly customer serviceud83dudc81
