I found my home! I was raised Catholic and I needed a much better fit. I traveled, researched, got closer to Jesus, and walked right into my new home, the “United Methodist Church” in Floresville, Texas. Thank you Martha for being an excellent ambassador for the United Methodist church. I was introduced to Jan, the secretary, Adam, the Pastor, two representatives of children’s studies and daycare, several members of “The Well” youth group, “Rising Reign Praise Band,” and “Youth Praise Band” who play live music before worship, and also the “Sanctuary Choir” a fabulous vocal group. I was invited to play Pickle ball, attend the quilting sessions, and begin adult bible studies in the evening. I could go on and on, but so far that’s a whole lot! Oh yes, the coffee and donuts always need an honorable mention. Happy I moved to Floresville, Texas! Praise Jesus, God is so good!
