Have to agree with Jeep Jeep’s review, have had good help from the gentlemen working there but rudeness from every female that I’ve felt with, even through the drive through. I’m sure H-E-B has gotten complaints about them before.

Horrible customer service. How are you going to tell someone their medication is ready in an hour, then when they come back tell them another hour, cancel the prescription, or get it transferred to Walgreens. If you don’t like your job, seek another career. Don’t need to be so rude especially to someone who really needs their medication. I will NEVER use HEB again. I’m glad Walgreens treated me better.

I have gone a couple of times and almost all the young men act nice but some females act like they hate their job and its very noticeable like one young lady her Name Laura she always act rude she doesn't smile at all she treat customers with attitude.
