I did not like this site it was run down an x lots of trash
I'm just a guest of a friend occasionally I'll spend an hour or so there. So far it's been completely chill. It seems close knit but people mind their business and don't bother noone. These are some very nice people that run this facility. True Texas hospitality. Both the owner and the manager went out of their way to assist my wife and I. I strongly recommend this facility.
It's good except for the sap trees.
My son lives there and we love the place. Friendly, helpful owner. Lot is clean.
