I give five stars as most of the time it is a good smooth process. I had to throw away all of this the other day and if I don't say anything I won't be doing my job as Googler. After waiting almost 10 minutes for the older African American older male mail clerk to get off the phone as he engaged in an extra long personal at that point conversation, give me a package without even verifying who I was or who the package belonged too I left the building. After missing my ride from his delayed chat he chases me outside to remove the package as I was half way across the street. I then had to go back inside just for him to make another mistake of saying no mail was in for me after my tracking stated something else. I believe he also dropped mail outside as I picked up mail to put in mailbox leaving post office 2nd time. It wasn't until the other employee with long hair...Caucasian guy I want to give a highly praise as he cleared up the faults. I didn't get his name but had it not been for him I would of completely lost respect at that moment as that other guy was awful. It very awful and I question his sanity with no offense meant but behavior seemed intentionally annoying towards the beginning to being confused and clumsy as a professional career. It was like every move he made was to upset me as a person would correct and understand how it would make another person feel. He seemed to not care to acknowledge the stress it had as a line backed up to half the hall and myself. I arrived there between 2-4pm to the 251 w Lancaster address to obtain mail. There hasn't been any problems before this, we would usually briefly chat and only issue would be him thinking he knows where my whereabouts are which are wrong but this is something I ignore as personalities can be unique. I just want to raise concern on this as mistakes like that day should not happen as an employer for the post office. I know screenings are strict there but something went wrong and I would like someone to remind him how important it is to verify information. I am currently going through fraudulent activities missing debit cards and I actually witnessed my ex abuser relative in arm reach of me one identical to him and the other in uniform in fort worth as a dart employee off track on TRE. I want my privacy private it makes me uncomfortable to know he could mistakenly let any of those two people have my information

This was the absolute most horrible experience ever. I came in to just ask a few questions regarding my 9 months old passport process. There were two people in front of me and the older lady (Cary) I think. Was so rude and disrespectful to them. I couldn't believe she was speaking to them like she was. Whenever I got up I tried to approach her as nicely as possible and got the same exact experience. AVOID HERE AT ALL COST.
