I ship out materials for my job frequently, which is rather costly. The staff always goes out of their way to recommend cheaper options that will get the job done, even though they don't have to save me the money. They also have a fun sense of humor and make me laugh every time I go in
I need a number to corporate office or someone above.nI will make sure this bad customer service gets to y’all. It’s sad to know how bad these two ladies are towards other race. I’ve had the worse experience. I had people from their race behind me and they were treated right and since I’m Hispanic I was treated unprofessionally. She was making faces the second I was in line and didn’t spoke to me or told me what to do. I left. Completely ignored me I need someone to please help me make a report on this I don’t want no one treated the wrong way I was.
I have always had wonderful service from this post office. The carriers are great. When I've had to go in, I've been treated well. Once in a great while a piece of mail goes astray. How many billions of pieces of mail do they handle? The post office has a higher rate of accuracy than most doctors.
The nice lady at the desk helped me twice she was very sympathetic to my situation and went out her way to help me
