No stars! We parked here and at the end of our visit they held us hostage cause we didn't have the funds. We had no idea it cost that much and we were stuck there until a friend was able to send us the money.. theres no way to complain to a manager and they are so very rude

Trapped with no way out but to pay $5 for 0 - 15 minutes. You don't see how much it cost until you pull in ti get a ticket. You can't reverse becuase of the S shape curb way and the street traffic. It cost $20 max for 46 minutes for an old parking garage. I felt like I was robbed when I left.

It's a great place to park and it's close to everything downtown

The signage does not reflect the rates until your trapped behind other traffic awaiting ticket . 1.05 hours cost $20. The break point for $20 the max is 46 min to max. Very uncompetitave. Felt a vicim of predatory pricing

How are disabled people supposed to get to the street level from the visitor parking area when there's no publicly accessible elevator? - stupid.
