I love this place! Knowledgeable bartenders. Great happy hour. The old fashioned is amazing. I got the deviled eggs and would get them again. The decor reminds me of a speakeasy. Velvet curtins, interesting decor. I can't wait to go back.

A cool place with nice ambiance, attentive service and great selection of cocktails. Happy hour value is best in town for a cocktail bar. We tried deviled eggs and the server recommended pickled veggies that paired very well.nnOverall, a special place to enjoy cocktails for any occasion.

Parking was better than I thought it might be. But that was the only good thing about Proper Bar. The drinks are below average & the atmosphere is not that great. But I think what may have set the bad tone was the grumpy guy host that was more interested in playing on his phone, than doing his job. I would not recommend Proper.

The cocktails here are fun and unique, they have an outdoor area to relax as well. Really cute kind of speak easy type vibe.

Servers and bartenders we're kind. But owner was so rude and disrespectful, I was enjoying a night out with my cousins and we were playing music that you can choose from if you pay. We were playing songs of our choice, and drinking and having a good time but the whole time the owner was rushing us, picking stuff off of our table and removing waters even though we weren't even finished and rushed us to pay for our tabs. She even said ”hope y'all enjoyed your music.” which sounded super passive aggressive and petty, super disrespectful of her to treat customers that way, i will never be coming to this bar ever again because the owner ruined our experience.
