Planning and development has the worst customer service around. LaShanda is extremely rude and unprofessional! The city should have a better hiring system for their employees!

Extremely upset with the customer service. I called to get information about a permit. I stressed the importance of accurate information. Not only did I get the wrong information. I paid for tolls to get there on time and parking. As well as calling off for work. I lost wages and time only to think I was showing up with the right documents. Showed up and not even an apology. Simply told me “you were given the wrong information.”

Had to go to FW City Hall to pay a fee. The service was quick the cashier was friendly. It was a much better experience than I had imagined.
