Good service
On September, 19 I was pulling into the car wash as guided.I’ve been coming to THIS CARWASH almost 3 years I PUT my car on Neutral the car was not rolling properly. It was not my fault that the car is not rolling, so I tried telling the guys there is something wrong with the roller on the ground so Instead I got yelled very aggressively like they wanna fight me or something.I was so upset and very angry that I wanted to go back and cancel my service.Whoever was on that day was unprofessionally and very rude. if the manager sees this I would like him to talk to those employees and educate them that you don’t talk to customers like that.
I took my new 2017 nissan sentra to wash on 7/25/20 for the first time after a couple days of rain. I paid $19dollars. My car got some deep scratches on the passenger side of my rims front and rear. I will not bring my car here anymore. I will have to buy new ones. These are not hubcaps.
I washed my car on June 8 over there and on July 8 they charge again the person signed me up for the Golden Nozzle without even asking me ???? Do you think this is a joke? I don’t have time for this!! And you! Do you think I’m rich so you signed me with the monthly charge? I’m Not!nI’m trying to cancel it from the website and is not working and I called them two times they don’t answer if a manager is Reading this you should do something!!!
I like it for the winter cuz in the summer I wash my car....
