This school has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They take your payment, make up rules and fines as you go along, and send you on a goose chase to get any issues resolved. They push you through the program and there’s absolutely no understanding to different situations - I work and have a baby, and things have been extremely difficult since covid hit. No exceptions, I was forced to take tests and check rides my instructor and I knew I wasn’t ready for (which also costs extra). Very corporate, no one knows answers to questions, and with “covid” there’s no in person support or training. So I spent almost 100K to teach myself...finally withdrew today and completing the remainder of my training elsewhere.

ATP Flight school was great for me. I went to the location in Arlington Texas and had absolutely the best instruction one could ask for. If you are driven and striving for success in the program. The instructors are always right there with you.nI started at the end of Nov. 2017 and finished the middle of January 2019. Poorly timed weather and sickness were the delays for me. Otherwise, I would have finished on track.nThe safety of the this company is fantastic. The planes that I was able to fly were in great condition or new.
