We had to come back to do a passport for my daughter and Mr. Carl was so nice and patient. He relieved a lot of stress and had great customer service. The time we came before this, to do passports with the rest of my family, there was another gentleman who took great care of us as well, I wish I got his name. Thank you!
This post office mail man keeps not delivering packages on purpose. It's been 4 days in a row of redelivery attempts and then the post office wont let me pick up packages at the office. Zip code is 76010 . I feel like they are doing that to purposely have my packages shipped back to sender. Oh yeah. They never answer their phone !!
Service could be better with communication I was referred to this location by another post office for a passport. I was unaware the passport service is by appointment only . One employee observed me with the application and made a sarcastic comment versus simply saying I needed an appointment. I waited in line for 15 minutes before another employee communicated it was by appointment only.
Horrible. Slow and lazy workers. Black lady started tossing my envelope around frustrated because she had to put two pieces of tape on it and she was very rude.
If I can give 0 I would. The service there so bad. A women on the counter was rude and she didn’t answer my clear questions. She was unprofessional.
