It is a nice small post office. The line moved fast and the clerk was very nice. Only four stars because this location does NOT have a self service kiosk.
Updated: 3/16/21nLost a couple stars today...This is my regular post office, but went today and although every customer had a mask, the clerk(Clerk 7) was not wearing a mask and kept rubbing her nose with her bare hands.nFor health sake, my small business will be using the green oaks location going forward...because this location isn't anything special to be dealing with that nonsense.
I had a wonderful experience in dealing with a problem at the Melear Post Office. It didn't start out well. A rep named Natasha answered the phone in an abrupt way, and spoke very fast so I didn't understand her question, which resulted in a heated conversation. She turned me over to Joyce, who was very polite, patient and helpful. She took some extra time to make sure my problem was resolved. She is a definite asset to the Post office and I hope she will be rewarded for her great customer service!
ZIP CODE AND ADDRESS WAS CORRECT ON PACKAGE AND POST OFFICE REDIRECTED IT BACK TO MY SENDER FOR NO REASON!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONE OCCASSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!nnNO USA POST OFFICES HAVE ACTUAL INDIVIDUAL NUMBERS TO CALL OF THERES A PROBLEM!!!! ALL HAVE AN 800 NUMBER!!!!!!! AUTOMATED VOICE DOESNT WORK AT ALL!!!!!
This has been the worst experience ever tryng to deal with this post office. They claim my dogs meds were delivered. I did not receive them. I have tried twice to call and held for over and hour and twenty minutes and no one ever picked up. The worst!
