I really appreciate this Costco's Pharmacy, I had to transfer my Rx over from out of state and they were quick and efficient throughout the whole process.

By far the best pharmacy I’ve used for my medication! Not only are the staff always very helpful, but go above and beyond to help. The pharmacist caught that one of my medications may be counteracting the other, something that my doctors had even missed! They always get the supply in fast and have great coupons on Good Rx.

This Costco Pharmacy is great! They are always helpful and seem genuinely interested in helping us get our medication needs met. They also help us get the cost down of some of the more expensive drugs. We appreciate them for that.

Horrible customer service. Last time we went there I had to write down the spelling of my name after spelling it slowly 3 times. They close on Saturday in the middle of the afternoon. Arrived one time while they were open and the tech looked right at us as she shut the doors saying they are closed. Have had problems with getting refills and was told to call the doctor myself and have the doctor call Costco. Customer service has died at this Costco pharmacy. I have transferred all my prescriptions out and will never use them again. Even the Costco employees have complained about the service there. If Costco wants to have a pharmacy they should train the pharmacy employees to the same level of customer service as the store employees.
